Over 22 million people have taken the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment and I’m one of them. It’s a global movement fueling better performance and results for employees, entrepreneurs, athletes, parents, leaders, students, and faith communities just to name a few. The truth is just about anyone can benefit from knowing their Strengths and aiming them at a goal. When I fully understood my Strengths and started consciously activating them, my confidence grew, my relationships improved and I had the courage to step into the life I wanted to lead. I found a deep appreciation for what’s unique about the people in my life both at work and at home. And today, my partner knows his Strengths. My kids know their Strengths and my friends know their Strengths. Although we are all incredibly unique, I am 100% certain we are a whole lot better working together than alone. I invite you to uncover your Strengths and see where they take you.
