Simone Biles has the most world championship medals of any gymnast ever, 25 to be exact.  At an early age, she got laser-focused on her talents and turned them into strengths in a way most of us can only dream of. Simone is a classic example of someone who recognized what she was made to do and then went all in.  You also have natural raw talents that need to be recognized, practiced and refined.  It’s the activation of your talents that will give you a quantum leap in performance in all areas of your life. The sooner you understand why you lead the way you do and how you can do it better, the faster you will start to experience improved results.  The road map?  Gallup Strengths.
