I work with Directors, Managers, Vice Presidents, Executives, and leadership teams who want to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity. Many of my clients are successful leaders who have been promoted because of their proven executing abilities but now find themselves navigating difficult conversations, leading diverse teams with a variety of personalities, and struggling to balance their work and life. Whether you’re an individual leader or an organization investing in leadership development, coaching provides the space to grow both personally and professionally for better outcomes.
Questions Leaders Often Ask
FAQs
What leadership challenges do you help clients solve?
My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or frustrated by challenges that don’t seem to have easy answers. Together, we work through issues such as giving constructive feedback, managing underperformance, navigating conflict, improving communication, developing executive presence, overcoming self-doubt, strengthening emotional intelligence, and building healthier, more engaged teams. My goal is to help you become the kind of leader who can confidently navigate today’s challenges alongside tomorrow’s strategic vision.
What makes your coaching different?
My coaching begins with one simple belief: before you can lead others effectively, you must first understand yourself. My approach combines Gallup CliftonStrengths®, deep inquiry, practical leadership development, and whole-person wellbeing to help you discover how your natural talents influence the way you think, communicate, and lead. Rather than offering quick answers, I ask thoughtful questions that increase self-awareness, uncover blind spots, and support you finding solutions that align with who you are as a leader. The result is lasting growth and development that translates to greater impact and influence.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is valuable for leaders who are ready to grow, even if they don’t have all the answers yet. You may be stepping into a new leadership role, managing a difficult employee, feeling stretched too thin, preparing for greater responsibility, or simply wanting to become more intentional in how you lead. If you’re open to reflection, willing to challenge old patterns, and committed to taking action, coaching can accelerate your growth and help you lead with greater confidence and purpose.
Do I need to know my CliftonStrengths® before we begin?
Not at all. If you’ve already completed the CliftonStrengths® assessment, we’ll build on those insights from our very first session. If you haven’t taken it yet, I can guide you through the assessment process and help you understand what your results reveal about your natural talents. CliftonStrengths® isn’t about putting people into boxes. It’s about helping you understand how you naturally think, make decisions, build relationships, and get things done so you can intentionally develop those talents into strengths.
How does group coaching work, and who is it best suited for?
Group coaching brings together leaders or peers who are facing similar leadership challenges and creates a confidential environment where they can learn from one another while receiving professional coaching. Each participant has opportunities to reflect, ask questions, share experiences, and apply new insights to real workplace situations. Organizations often choose group coaching when they want to develop several leaders at the same time, strengthen collaboration, and build a common leadership language. Leaders frequently discover that hearing different perspectives helps them think more creatively while realizing they are not alone in the challenges they face. The result is often a strong sense of peer-to-peer trust and accountability.
Do you work with individuals, teams, or entire organizations?
Yes. I offer leadership coaching for individuals, group coaching for managers and leadership teams, CliftonStrengths® workshops, leadership development programs, and customized organizational training. Some organizations engage me to coach a single executive, while others partner with me to develop leaders across multiple levels of the organization. Every engagement is tailored to your goals, culture, and desired outcomes and can include 1:1 coaching, small group coaching and team trainings.
What can I expect during a coaching session?
Every coaching conversation is designed to help you think more deeply, gain fresh perspective, and leave with practical actions you can immediately apply. Rather than telling you what to do, I’ll ask thoughtful questions that help you uncover your own best thinking. Together we’ll explore your goals, identify obstacles, examine patterns that may be limiting your effectiveness, and create practical strategies for moving forward. My clients often tell me they leave each session with greater clarity, fresh insights and increased confidence, with a clear plan for action.
What results do clients typically experience?
While every leader’s journey is unique, clients commonly report greater confidence, improved communication, stronger relationships, more effective feedback conversations, increased self-awareness, and better decision-making. They become more intentional in how they lead, more comfortable navigating difficult conversations, and better equipped to build trust and accountability within their teams. Over time, these individual changes often contribute to healthier cultures and stronger organizational performance.
What is the first step if I'm interested?
The first step is scheduling an introductory conversation. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, leadership challenges, and what success would look like for you or your organization. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether we’re the right fit for one another. If we decide to move forward, I’ll recommend a coaching or leadership development approach designed to help you and your team achieve your most important outcomes.
