Yesterday, I was rummaging through a drawer at home. You know, the one where you save random stuff, and I found my hand-written goal on a faded sticky note from 2015.
It said: “Respect the impermanence of every sentient being in a way that allows me to be present moment with everyone and everything.”
Yup, still true today. I might as well frame it because it’s not going away! When your work and your life align with your values, you can stand strong and act with confidence. And that just feels good.
My stretch goal: “Practice being alert, attentive and present to every single interaction you have today. Jot down the impact it has on you and on others.”
I suggest writing down your goal – right now, do it, write it down!
