This assessment covers 15 mind-body traits or tendencies.  With each trait (i.e. hair, eyes, body temperature) you will see 3 different descriptions.  Once you have read the 3 descriptions, you will choose one that Most Accurately Represents You, another that Secondarily Represents You, and a third that Rarely Represents You. In each row, you can only select 1 answer.  The system will prohibit you from selecting the same response in more than 1 row. Review the sample response below to help you correctly complete the assessment. Please note, there may be a slight delay in your selection while fields populate.

Once you have completed the assessment properly, you will see the “Get Your Result!” button to submit.  Your responses will be tabulated to determine your mind-body type. Your results and a brief introduction to your mind-body type will be emailed to you right away.
